Close your eyes and imagine....
Endless dark and long winter nights plus colourless misty days full of stifling fog, cold snow and water... brrr!
Once in late sunday evening it happened. You started to shout: " Stop - Enough! I want spring, colours, smells, dancing and flying!"
In a sudden gus of desiree I threw all rest of fabrics, which I found at home, from their cabinets. My time stopped to run....I was playing like small children with theirs toys. My playthings were fabric squares....this game was extremelly attractive. I went to sleep in the morning. Everywhere around me floated spring, smelled flowers and buzzed bees. I was feeling so relaxed like after 1 month long recovery stay in the mountains!
In that night my patchwork "Spring bouquet" was born....
Spring bouquet is sewn from small squares of different fabrics. Subsequently Patchwork is free hand quilted with Bernina laser foot BSR (Bernina Stitch Regulator). Centres of flowers are created with loops made by Bernina sewing foot No.7
